*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (I.D. REQUIRED)

Maximum Occupancy Rules:
All rental units have a published maximum occupancy for that particular unit. Occupancy above the stated number will not be permitted and occupants will be evicted. No exceptions.

*ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!
*NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE UNITS
*LOCKOUT FEE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $75
*LOST OR UNRETURNED KEYS $200 REKEY CHARGE
*DAMAGE OTHER THAN NORMAL WEAR: COST OF REPAIR AND 20% ADMINISTRATION FEE

Check in times begin at 4PM
Check out time is no later than 11AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival date you will lose the amount of your first night stay.
If we can re-rent the unit at full price we will return your payment less one half of the amount of your first night stay.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will lose the full amount of your rent. If we can re-rent the unit we will refund your rent and you will only lose the amount of the first night stay.

All processing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will do our best to re-rent units but there is no guarantee we can do so.

Refunds & Adjustments
There are no refunds or adjustments as a result of factors over which we have no control, i.e. weather, neighbors, or early check-out.

Due to units needing repair or changing ownership, we cannot guarantee that you will get a particular unit. We will do our best to get you a unit with the same number of occupancy and bedding that you reserved.
